Schedules

This year we will be using an online calendar service called mykidscalendar.com. The service will easily allow our schedules to be updated and maintained by multiple coaches and team personnel. We will also be able to automatically notify parents of schedule changes via e-mail. The service generates team e-mail lists from all of the parents that have signed up.

Every user of the system is provided their own empty calendar to start. You populate your calendar with the specific schedules in which you're interested (i.e. the schedules for the team your  son or daughter is on). If your son is on the Junior Pee Wee team, you would "Add" his team to your personal schedule.  

 

Registration & Setup for MyKidsCalendar

  1. How to Register:  CLICK HERE to register for the service. 
  2. Fill in your Information.
  3. Type in part or all of your "Team or Group Name" on the Team Search Page.  
    Our "Team or Group Name" is Fallbrook Warriors.
  4. Choose the schedule of the team or teams that you are interested in (e.g Mitey Mite, Jr. Pee Wee, etc. ).  You can have multiple teams.

Rather than ask you to create a unique User ID that may be difficult to remember, MyKidsCalendar believes that using your unique email address as a login name is the easiest approach to registration. Also, your email address will be associated with the team schedules you incorporate into your personal calendar, so your can be quickly notified of any schedule changes or your children’s coaches can sent you email messages throughout the season.
 

 

 Hurry Back Coach!  We Will Miss You!  

Favorite AYF Coach, Gary Crosswhite, will  deploy to Iraq on July 21st for seven months, leaving a definite gap in our coaching lineup for Fall 2008!  Coach Crosswhite was a four year starting Middle Linebacker for Oklahoma University and has been coaching youth football for many years, most recently the Spring 8 Mitey Mite team with AYF.  His team, fellow coaches, board members, family and friends will all miss his winning smile and his positive attitude.  His coaching skills will be missed as well and we look forward to having him back in the Spring for another fun 8 Man season! 
Please remember to say a prayer daily for Coach Crosswhite as well as all the men and women in uniform (many are parents of our own AYF players) that are currently overseas protecting our liberties and freedoms.

ALL PHYSICALS, REPORT CARDS, BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN AUGUST 19TH, TUESDAY. 

PLEASE BRING ALL PAPERWORK TO PRACTICE AND TURN IN TO A BOARD MEMBER OR YOUR COACH/TEAM MOM
