"The Barn" - Fallbrook High School Gym

6:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Come register and join us for a fun evening, see what's in store for you in the future, mingle with the high school players, meet the new head coach, Joe Silvey, and support Warrior Football.

Dinner provided for $7.00/plate by La Caseta and hosted by the Fallbrook Booster Club

May 18, 10 am - 2 pm - Fallbrook Sports at 205 N. Main Street

Pick up or special order any extra equipment you want right here in town!

CALLING ALL COACHES...

We are looking for qualified football and cheer coaches for our 2008 season.  To begin the application and interview process, please call (760) 728-4AYF (4293) or go to our Contact Us link to email us.  You may also pull down the head coach application on our Eligibility & Registration link.

Coach Interviews will take place in late May (dates TBA).  Specific times for each interview will be assigned.

BOARD POSITIONS: 

We are actively looking for several dedicated people to fill a few roles in our organization for the fall season.  If you feel you are qualified or interested in fulfilling one of these roles please contact us at (760) 728.4293 for more information or to apply.  These positions will be appointed by the founding board.  We will also consider a group of volunteers that would like to form a small committee for some of these positions:

• Vice President
• Field Maintenance/Equipment Manager
• Concessions Coordinator - FOUND!! 
• Eligibility Director/Scholar Athlete Coordinator  - FOUND!!
• Team Mom Coordinator - FOUND!!
• Fundraising Coordinator - FOUND!!

Thank you to everyone who has stepped up to help us in our inaugural year!!  We are already having so much fun and adding you to our roster is going to make it even better!!

FALL FOOTBALL BIG NEWS!!

AYF has a weight unlimited team for 6th through 8th graders.  You do not have to sit out a year or two waiting for high school anymore!  We want you to play now!

 Spring 8's

SPRING 8'S PRACTICE SCHEDULE:  Practice starts March 3rd at 5:00 p.m. with a Parent/Player meeting at Potter Junior High on the field behind the school.  This will also be our first Fallbrook Food Drive so please bring at least one can of non-perishable food with you.  All donations will be brought to the Fallbrook Food Pantry as part of our Community Give Back Program. 

Regular practices will be MWF from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Potter Jr. High or Live Oak Elementary School, depending on what team you are on. 

GAMES:  Games will start April 5 and run every Saturday for 8 weeks. 

SPRING FUNDRAISER:  Darlene McCabe and Wendy Jones, Fundraising Committee have put together an awesome catalogue for our team store.  In it is literally dozens of Warrior wear options - clothing as well as accessories such as blanets, bags, etc.  Please go to our Team Store link to see all the options and shop to your hearts content.  Or if you would prefer one of our custom designed 2008 AYF t-shirts that the coaches and board are sporting, you may purchase one at any practice at Live Oak or at most games on Saturdays.  Every sales helps pay for a youth to play or cheer!!
